Leadership and Compassion Conference

On the weekend of February 23 - 24, 2018, Sisterhood Of Servants and S.O.S. Girls will take the initiative to make a lasting difference in the lives of teenage girls in Northeast Florida.  We will be hosting our inaugural Leadership and Compassion Conference, the goal of which is to provide aspirational and practical hands-on teaching and mentoring for this vulnerable and valuable group of young women.  Judge Angela Cox will be our keynote speaker.  She is an "overcomer" and has a wonderful testimony of achievement made possible by hard work and the grace of God.

Teenage girls face a barrage of negative pressure today from peers, social media, and entertainment outlets.  There are many that are broken and hurting, and they need a positive, 'alternative' voice of influence in their lives to help steer them in the right direction. The conference will feature practical workshops, inspirational speakers, long term mentoring opportunities, Q&A panels, entertainment, fun, and fellowship.  It is designed specifically for teen girls age 12-18, but women of all ages that have a heart of compassion and want to influence the next generation of servant leaders are also encouraged to attend.  Workshop topics and descriptions are listed below.  Convenient, online registration is now available through January 31st.  Space is limited, so register early.  Simply click the link to reserve your place for the conference.  This is your opportunity to invest in yourself, learn some new skills, and become acquainted with wonderful civic and business leaders in Jacksonville.  Please save the date and mark your calendars for this special event. Contact me at sisterhoodofservants@yahoo.com if you have any questions.  ~Phylicia
